Our Team

We’ve put together a team of medical professionals that have graduated from the leading cosmetic laser training school in the country. Our team has backgrounds in aesthetics, dermatology and plastic surgery. They have also been trained on tattoo application, styles of tattooing, and cover-ups. The combined knowledge allows our laser techs to understand all aspects of the removal, therefore creating the best treatment plans for our clients.

Lost Art Laser & Tattoo Removal is under the medical directorship of board-certified, Harvard-trained plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph A. Russo. He is the founder of the Aesthetic Mentor, formerly the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Russo dedicates his time to educating and supporting other medical professionals in the art and science of medical aesthetics.

Dennis Nave, Owner & Practice Manager

Dennis has been a part of the tattoo industry for over a decade. He co-founded Lost Art Gallery & Tattooing in 2013. Due to the increased popularity of tattoos, the increase in tattoo regret was inevitable. The tattoo industry was seeing more requests for cover-up tattoos than ever before and many of these projects were not attainable without a couple of laser tattoo removal sessions done first. Because the options for laser tattoo removal locally were so limited and lacked the technology necessary for effective removal, in 2018, Dennis started the process of forming Lost Art Laser. He has met with industry experts in aesthetics, dermatology and laser technology to find the most effective laser devices available. He is a certified laser technician through The National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
