Many of our clients relate the feeling of tattoo removal to a rubber band snapping. We do our best to keep our clients as comfortable as possible with the help of our Sub-Z by Zimmer. The Sub-Z is a cryo, chiller that uses cold air to cool/ numb the treatment area before, during and after each session. Also, most removal sessions only last a couple seconds!

Certain colors can be a little more stubborn than others and can only be removed effectively with the proper technology. Fortunately, our Discovery Pico device has three true wavelengths. Different colors absorb different wavelengths of light differently. The three wavelengths that our device has, allow us to remove any possible ink colors.

The number of treatments needed for tattoo removal depend on a number of factors including skin type, age of tattoo, colors in the tattoo, overall health, location of the tattoo, and saturation of the tattoo. At your free consultation, we will gather information to give our best estimate on how many sessions will be needed.

We recommend 8-10 weeks between sessions.

Smaller treatment areas are completed in seconds. Larger, more intricate tattoos may take a couple of minutes.
